Day 2 of the 30 Days Writing Challenge.

And... the challenge of the day is....

"Write something that someone told you about yourself that you never forget!"

Should it be positive or negative? Okay, I'll just go with the positive one.

But on the second thought, it would sound like I was showing off. So, maybe I'll find something negative that turned out to have a positive effect on me.

(After hours of other activities)

Okay, today's challenge is more difficult than I thought. But I decided to write this one:

I really like this old friend of mine, and now I miss her terribly. I used to write articles that make people text me and compliment me for my thoughts or the way I write. I used to. Now I don't do it anymore and it makes me sad sometimes, including now that I have to think about it.

Anyway, this friend is one of those people who like to read my blog and compliment me all the time. She told me that my articles are smart and very amusing, and other beautiful compliments. I don't know how to say this without sounding like a snob, but, she's (or was) not the only one.

But what makes it unforgettable is, she herself is one of the smartest people I know in person. We went to the same university and were in the same class before I changed my major. She was the smartest student in our class. I really like her.

So, you probably get curious and check my older posts right away, or probably not. If you do, you probably think, "Which articles are so great, again?"

Yeah, they're not that great actually. If it was, I wouldn't be here. I would've been so rich and famous and I'd probably control the world.

But, whether it was really great or not, I'm not the kinda person who forgets easily such appreciations. I love being appreciated. Apparently, it doesn't automatically makes me more productive, but I still love the feeling.
